After careful consideration and comments from colleagues and geography experts I have decided to go with my initial decision and announce the winner of the 2014 Geogarific Infographic Competition!
Well done to Connor Duncan from St Vincent College for his infographic on population density! Connor has clearly understood the concept of an infographic and put a lot of time and effort into creating a professional looking entry. Connor, I hope you will find something nice to buy with your Etsy voucher, which you should receive by email shortly.
Highly commended is Alex Fitzgerald, also from St Vincent College, for his comparison of two earthquakes. Although we felt it was a bit too simple and could have had more to it, the information that is displayed is done so in a very clear and effective way.
